A family recipe, without wine, aromas or liqueurs. The fruits are pressed and fermented to keep their original tastes. Tiny bubbles, unsweetened fruit and 11.5 °.

THE PEARL CELLAR WAS CREATED
IN 1985 BY HUBERT DELOBEL.
